Earth Club

A year of larger events and bigger impact

The Earth Club is taking on new goals this year, focusing on organizing larger school events and increasing its involvement within the school community.

Club member Kaleb Nguyen talks about what’s next for Earth Club,” We have some big things and development, and we’re excited to show you guys what we have.”

Being in the club has also helped him think more about how his choices affect the environment. He tries to use less energy and reduce pollution in his daily life.

Earth Club President Serenity Smith said she enjoys the passion and excitement of others in the club. She hopes to organize more school wide events, such as recycling drives and seedling sales, to encourage more students to get involved.

“We’d like to be more involved with the school, more involved with our social media account, maybe work with other clubs for collaborations, that would be really fun,” Smith said.
